The PNTN Legal Dept. has the experience to address contract issues and provide assistance with new condominium developments including construction and condominium declaration review. Our commercial title insurance background ranges from multi-unit properties to large industrial land developments.

PNTN's construction department can provide assistance in all aspects of construction beginning with a review of final waivers and sworn statements on newly constructed buildings being sold for the first time.  Additionally, we provide full escrow services on behalf of the lender for those parties wishing to have construction funds disbursed through the title company and extending coverage on loan policies over potential mechanic's liens.
